Hua Hin City
Thailand’s original Royal beach resort is a great mix of city and sea with a cosmopolitan ambience, several lively markets, tasty street eats, long beaches,tourist attractions for adults and children,2 modern large shopping malls and a fully functional infrastructure.
This is a bustling Thai town, seafood is plentiful and affordable, there’s cheap public transport for beach-hopping and it takes a lot less effort (and money) to get here from Bangkok than to the southern islands.
There are many beaches to go to and even an opportunity to ride a horse along the main beach as well as all the usual seaside activities of banana rides,jetski,boat tours,parasailing and for the adventurous then even Kiteboarding is very accessible here……so whether you just like to relax on the beach or also like a drink and a shop in the evening then Hua Hin is an ideal location with many night markets,local bars of all types from small local bars to beach view restaurant bars we have it all……and if you have kids dont worry as have many activities that you could take them somewhere different everyday.
Khao Tao Lake
A serene lake and surrounded by imposing limestone mountains, Khao Tao Lake is a very short walk to Sai Noi beach and Khao Tao beach..the lake is very scenic and good for fishing or just sitting in one of the local small restaurants or coffee shop and relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Khao Tao Beach / Sai Noi Beach
Khao Tao is a charming village best known for a wonderful secluded beach. Do not confuse it with the diving island of Koh Tao which is some way south of Hua Hin and off Chumphon. This idyllic location is some 15km south of Hua Hin but just 5 mins from The Mansion. Although small – the beach is generally quiet, except on weekends and public holidays. There are a beach restaurants that serve up delicious local food, seafood and drinks and they have sun loungers and umbrellas and recently opened is a beach club with swimming pool and food. As opposed to Hua Hin and Khao Takiab beaches, Had Sai Noi drops-off quickly, making it ideal for swimming. You will have to keep a watch on any small children though..but this is considered the best beach in the area and a hidden gem.
Khao Takiab Beach
The beach behind the hill of Khao Takiab is a great place to spend late afternoon. Open sand and shallow waters are ideal for kids and beach games. There are also plenty of loungers and restaurants here where you can relax in the sun. There are a number of seafood restaurants ranging from small Thai style places to large expensive resorts. You can get great views from the top of the temple at Khao Takiab, on a clear day you can see as all the way down Hua Hin beach and as far as Cha-am. For Horse lovers then Khao Takiab and Hua Hin offers the opportunity for a trot along the beach by renting a horse for 15 mins to an hour or try out many of the watersports available.
Vana Nava Waterpark
Asia’s first Water Jungle is located in Thailand’s most beloved resort town of Hua Hin but just 10 mins from The Mansion. Vana Nava Hua Hin has literally transformed an empty plot of land into a tropical jungle, combining state-of-the-art technology and modern facilities with 19 very exciting rides and slides.
From the largest slide in Thailand, the Abyss, to Vana Nava Falls, the tallest man made mountain waterfall in Asia, they have it all. If that wasnt enough then there is another water park called Black mountain water park just 20 mins away and another one in Cha Am just 35 mins away from The Mansion.
Sam Pan Nam Floating Market is a large scale market fashioned in the style of middle Rattanakosin Period (King Rama VI). Tucked in Soi 112, its just about 10 mins drive or so from The Mansion as is located south of main Hua Hin, Sam Pan Nam is one of the two floating markets found on the same street. There’s a good mix of food, souvenirs and clothing shops – many have branches at nearby Hua Hin Floating Market as well as Pattaya Floating Market. Apart from a handful of snack bars wedged in between retail shops, the food section offers a larger variety of snacks, ready-to-eat meals, grilled meat skewers, seafood, noodles, drinks and desserts.

Huahin water sports offers Banana boat, Donut boat, Para gliding,Water skiing and jet ski as well as a night fishing,trip on an island.Hua Hin Safari is located close to The Mansion being just a 5 to 10 min drive.

Situated in the Hua Hin centre between the Petchkasem Road and the railway line, the market basically encompasses one street that comes to life from 18:30 onwards, when traders line the street with their stalls selling various apparel, crafts, art, CDs, DVDS and cheap, tasty food – generally what you might expect from a Thai market. Hua Hin have a superb selection of seafood restaurants that line the road that hosts the Night Market, drawing a lot of attention from visitors eager to feast on the quality dishes on offer., the mere market experience is entertainment in itself. Here is where you can get a real grasp of local culture and opportunity by practicing your Thai during the bartering process.
Pranburi Forest Park
Pranburi Forest Park is a project registered under the Queen’s patronage that seeks to protect the local mangroves. The park features two natural trails – raised wooden boardwalks – crisscrossing through a dense mangrove forest. Hugging the coast, the beach route offers views of the seashore and pine forest, while the mangrove nature trail takes you inland to explore a wealth of flora.
Keep your eyes peeled for the animals that live here as you stand a good chance of seeing a porcupine, squirrel, chipmunk and even kingfishers.
pak nam pran beach
Just a 10 min drive south of The Mansion and unlike Hua Hin, Pak Nam Pran has a beach road which is a joy to cycle or drive down with a virtually constant ocean view from one end to the other. Along here you will find an intriguing mix of 5-star resorts (Evason, Villa Maroc, Aleenta, etc) as well smaller boutique resorts, bars, many restaurants food, but there are many more eating options also), souvenir stores, massage pavilions, BBQ shacks, and so on.
This area is well worth a trip and is in easy driving distance to Hua Hin, Pranburi town, Sam Roi Yot national park and Dolphin Bay.
khao kalok beach
This quiet coastal stretch has a beautiful beach, several restaurants and a cave with a hole through it. It gets its name from this which is translated to “skull mountain” in English.
PHRAYA NAKHON CAVE
One of Thailand’s most beautiful and certainly the most photographed one is the Phraya Nakhon cave in Prachuap Khiri Khan province, about a 25 minutes drive South of The Mansion. This impressive cave is located inside Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park and getting to the cave you will have some magnificent views of beaches, mountains and forests.
The Phraya Nakhon cave consists of two chambers. The ceiling of both chambers are open allowing the rays of the sun to come inside, illuminating the caves giving it a mystical appearance. The atmosphere inside the cave is tranquil and serene, especially when there are not many people around.

The Venezia Hua Hin
The Venezia Hua Hin is the Venice lifestyle destination place in Thailand, providing national cuisines i.e. Thai, Chinese, Korean and international cuisines Italian, American, French. The Venezia Hua Hin offering more than activities in most enjoyable in everyday and happiness for everyone such as Gondola (a signal of Venice) European Style Carriage Riding, Mini Train, Fontana Di Trevi Park, 3D Art Gallery, English House Upside Down, Mini Europe, Fantasy Land etc.

Wat Huay Mongkol temple
The Wat Huay Mongkol temple complex located some 15 kilometers west of Hua Hin is famous for its enormous statue of one of Thailand’s most famous monks, named Luang Phor Thuad. The statue, which is about 12 meters tall and 10 meters wide, is set on a large mound. This place is very popular with Thai people from all over the country, who come here to pay respect to Luang Phor Thuad and to ask for things as favours, good luck, health, fortune and happiness.

Hua Hin Hills Vineyard
Hua Hin Hills Vineyard is home to the award-winning Monsoon Valley label and a range of labels marketed as ‘new latitude wines’. Hugged by mountain ranges and endless expanse of greenery, the vineyard offers a delightful excursion, complete with wine-tasting and dining opportunities. The main attraction at Hua Hin Hills is of course the vineyard itself, but the exciting part is you can try touring the vineyard on elephant back or bicycle.
For more creative minds, the paint your own wine label activity gives you a rare opportunity to create a personalised bottle. If you come in a group, a game of petanque, while sipping wine, might be a good idea.
40 minutes drive
For many years, Hua Hin has been regarded as one of the best golfing locations in Thailand. You will be spoilt for choice here as there are 8 top quality courses all within a 30 minute drive of the town centre and 3 or 4 within 10 to 15 mins from The Mansion.There are others located slightly further afield, but are still reachable easily enough for a day’s play. Black Mountain, Banyan and Sea Pines are the latest courses to open in the Hua Hin area but there are many smaller established and cheaper especially in the local Army Camps! If you need a break from the hectic pace of life on the beach, then there are enough courses to keep you occupied and happy during your holiday.

Camel republic, Santorini in Cha Am
Hua Hin offers many attractions for the kids too with 3 water parks in the area plus many theme parks: Camel republic,Santorini in Cha Am offering a multitude of activities to keep the kids happy and entertained,whilst it may not be on par with Disneyland it certainly has enough to keep them happy for a few hours.

Rajabhakti Park is the newest attraction in Hua Hin with giant statues of seven past Thai kings which are King Ramkhamhaeng, King Naresuan, King Narai, King Taksin, King Rama I, King Rama IV and King Rama V. Officially opened in September 2015, this 89 acre park is built in the compound of the Army Non-commisioned Officer School, about 8 mins drive north of The Mansion.

Opened every Friday, Saturday from 16:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs and Sunday 16:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs, its ambience is showered in light with sparkling decorations and is surrounded by beautiful garden with many tall trees. The entire location features the abundance of shopping outlets and eateries, as well as a venue for live performances and art exhibitions.
